Next Thursday night is when the NFL draft kicks off, but that doesn’t mean the action will slow down on Friday and Saturday. William Hill has just released several more 2020 NFL draft props in Nevada and New Jersey, highlighted by draft position wagers for players expected to go after the first 32 picks.
Three quarterbacks have been added to the mix. Jacob Eason’s draft position prop opened at 58.5, while Jalen Hurts and Jake Fromm are at 64.5 and 68.5 respectively.
A few other notable names that are new include Minnesota safety Antoine Winfield Jr. at 49.5, Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins at 55.5, USC wideout Michael Pittman Jr. at 62.5, Florida State tailback Cam Akers at 73.5 and LSU tight end Thaddeus Moss at 91.5.
William Hill is also now offering head-to-head props of which player will be drafted first, with them ranging from the top 10 picks to the second and third days of the draft.
In a battle between elite quarterback prospects, Tua Tagovailoa opened at -150 to be drafted ahead of Justin Herbert, while Herbert is +130. CeeDee Lamb and Jerry Jeudy are each -110 in their head-to-head prop, while Jeff Okudah is a slight -120 favorite over Isaiah Simmons (EVEN).
The biggest chalk in these head-to-head props comes at safety, with Grant Delpit opening at -700 against Winfield Jr. at +500. D’Andre Swift (-120) vs. Jonathan Taylor (EVEN), Tee Higgins (-110) vs. Jalen Reagor (-110) and Jalen Hurts (-150) vs. Jake Fromm (+130) are some other intriguing ones that could be decided on Friday.
Last but not least, William Hill has a brand-new Mr. Irrelevant prop. You can now bet on which position the 255th pick of the 2020 NFL draft will be, with wide receiver/tight end opening as the 5/1 favorite. The biggest longshot on the board is placekicker/punter at 20/1.
