Q: Is the William Hill Mobile Sports app still available for wagering?
A: Yes. In Nevada, New Jersey and Iowa we currently are offering wagers on a variety of sports – including European Soccer, Other Soccer, Table Tennis, Golf, MMA, Auto, Pro Hockey futures, Pro Basketball futures, Non- US Baseball, and more.
Q: What is the status of my impacted futures bets?
A: Wagers that have been placed or canceled events have been voided and will be refunded.
With regards to the suspended leagues, all Futures bets remain as “action” as long as a winner is declared. We will provide more details on open bets as additional information becomes available.
For NBA bets, all futures (Championship, Conference) are still action. Only if the season is fully canceled will these bets be refunded. For regular season win totals, teams must play at least 80 regular season games for action. If teams do not reach that threshold, then those bets will be refunded. For MVP and Rookie of the Year Futures, if those awards are given out at any time, those bets are action.*
For Golf, The Players Championship has been canceled and all bets on it will be refunded. With The Masters being postponed, all futures wagers remain live as long as action is completed within 7 days of the start of the tournament.
For Baseball, all futures are still action. For regular season wins for baseball, teams must play at least 160 regular season games for action. If teams do not reach that threshold, then those bets will be refunded. The regular season statistical props are still action as there is no minimum game requirement for action.* 2020-21 Pro Baseball Pennant and Division Futures are now off for wagering.
For Soccer, Euro 2020 futures for soccer will be refunded.
For Tennis, Wimbledon wagers will be refunded refunded, as well as the four exact majors props.
For Horse Racing, 2020 Kentucky Derby futures are still action even though it was moved to September 5th
For Chess Candidates Cup Round 8 matches: The tournament has been postponed before the start of Round 8 and it will be continued at a later date. For those wishing to void their bets on the Round 8 matches you are free to do so. Please contact Customer Support in Nevada.
*If any Futures bet is placed on or after March 13th then bets will remain action regardless of cancellations.
