Registration deadlines approaching for William Hill’s college and pro football contests with $600,000 in prizes up for grabs

Last call for registrations this week at 76 sports books across Nevada

LAS VEGAS – Registration deadlines are fast approaching for William Hill’s college and pro football contests, offering a combined $600,000 in prizes. Players are encouraged to sign up early this week at one of 76 sports books to be eligible for the rich season-long prizes.

The $500,000 Pro Pick ‘em involves picking all the Sunday pro football games and the Monday night game each week with no point spreads involved. Entries are $25 each. For each paid entry prior to 9 a.m. Sunday, players will receive a voucher for a free $5 parlay card.

Players will compete for $21,000 in cash each week for all 17 weeks of the season. The season-long Grand Prize winner receives $20,000 cash and a bonus VIP trip for two to London for the 2013 NFL game at Wembley Stadium. Registrations must be submitted by Sunday at 9 a.m. to be eligible for the season prizes.

There’s still time to register for the $100,000 College Pick ‘em, as the contest gets underway with this Saturday’s games. The contest involves picking seven games each week against the point spread from a list of 20 to 30 designated games. Entries are $100 each.

The college contest features $8,000 in weekly cash prizes for 10 weeks and a $10,000 season Grand Prize. The entry deadline to be eligible for season prizes is Saturday, as long as seven eligible games remain.

“With $600,000 in weekly and season-long prizes, there’s lots of value in signing up for our pro and college contests before the weekend,” said Dan Shapiro, marketing director at William Hill US. “In addition, with more than 150 sports books and kiosks to submit weekly picks, you won’t find a more convenient, easy-to-play football contest in Nevada.”

Registrations are being accepted at all 76 full-service William Hill Race & Sports Books, which includes all former Club Cal Neva, Leroy’s and Lucky’s branded sports books across Nevada. Weekly selections may be submitted at more than 150 sports books and kiosk locations throughout Nevada, including any William Hill Race & Sports Book and at PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns in Nevada.
