Championship games and bitter rivalries pepper this weekend’s In-Play wagering slate

It just so happens that just as the college football season is coming to a close with a wave of conference championship games this weekend, several pivotal divisional battles will also be taking place throughout the NFL.

The biggest of the big games in both ranks will be open for In-Play wagering this weekend, both at all William Hill locations throughout Nevada and via the William Hill Mobile Sports betting app. You can find the William Hill location nearest you by clicking here, or get all of the information on the Mobile Sports app here. You can download the app straight from our mobile page, it is compatible with any iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android tablet or Blackberry device and can be accessed for wagering from anywhere in Nevada.

The In-Play menu starts with Thursday’s crucial NFC South clash in Atlanta between the 10-1 Falcons and the 5-6 New Orleans Saints. The Falcons are trying to put a stranglehold on the top overall seed in the upcoming NFC playoffs, while the Saints likely need to complete the unlikely season sweep of their top rival to keep their slim playoff hopes alive.

Then, between Friday and Saturday, In-Play betting will be offered on the title games in the Pac-12, the Big Ten and – the biggest of them all – the Saturday afternoon meeting between No. 2 Alabama and No. 3 Georgia for the SEC title and a berth in the Jan. 7 BCS championship game against No. 1 Notre Dame.

The capper to the weekend will be a Monday Night Football battle for NFC East supremacy between the 7-4 New York Giants and the 5-6 Washington Redskins in the nation’s capital. The Giants are trying to pull away from the pack in the division, while Washington all of a sudden gets new life in the title hunt with a victory in what is easily its biggest home game of the year.
