Limit Setting

Per, Nevada Regulation 5.170.4, Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill empowers its players by offering several limit options to enjoy their gaming experience responsibly.

Self-Exclusion

In the state of Nevada, Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill customers can self-exclude from further wagering for a minimum of twelve (12) months from the date of acknowledgement of enrollment if they feel at risk of developing gambling-related problems. Patrons may exclude directly through a sports book or by mailing in a Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill Self-Exclusion form found here.

Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill’s US Self-Exclusion program will ban the requestor from all Nevada-based Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill sports books. After twelve (12) months from the date of acknowledgement of enrollment in the program, a patron may request reinstatement of privileges, in writing, by completing a Reinstatement Form.

A patron’s request also includes the exclusion of all Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill privileges, including Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill Reward Card benefits, play privileges, direct mail marketing, special promotions, offers, and events via push notifications, e-mail, and other means, including SMS messaging.

The privileges are excluded for the duration of the exclusionary period. This request will be applicable at all Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill owned and operated properties, including all properties that are opened or acquired after the date of the request.

Please note: At the completion of one’s Self-Exclusion period, the following actions are mandatory for consideration of reinstatement.

• A standardized letter should be sent to The Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill Office of Self-Exclusion indicating one’s interest and intent to return to Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill Sports Books.
• Requestors cannot be found to have breached their current Self-Exclusion agreement at any time within exclusion period.
• Only those who have fulfilled the self-exclusion term as outlined per jurisdictional requirement and adhere to items one and two shall be considered for reinstatement.
• Consideration of a request for reinstatement of privileges will occur no sooner than thirty (30) days from receipt of the properly completed and executed Reinstatement Form.
