To be eligible for the Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill Bet $50 and Get 5,000 Caesars Rewards® Reward Credits (“Promotion”), a new Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account must be registered at one of the properties below between Wednesday, November 25, 2020, and Tuesday, February 28, 2023. (“Promotion Period”), and customer must make a minimum initial deposit of $50 when registering their new account. Customer must also wager through at least $50 within the first 90 days of establishing account. The bonus will be 5,000 Reward Credits. Additional deposits may be made after the account has been established but they will not be eligible for this Promotion. Patrons must provide their Caesars Rewards card number when establishing account.

2. The customer must not have previously established a Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account in the state of Nevada. Eligibility for the Promotion will be verified.
3. Upon registering for a new account and making an initial deposit, customer will receive a 5,000 Rewards Credit bonus once $50 has been wagered through once.

5. The bonus will be added to the customer’s Caesars Rewards account within thirty (30) days of the $50 amount being wagered once.
6. Must be 21 or older to be eligible.
7. Promotion is only valid for wagering available via the Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports App. Pari-mutuel wagering is not permitted.
8. $50 must be wagered within the first 90 days of opening the account. If $50 is not wagered within the 90 days, the entire bonus expires.

14. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.
15. Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any bonus already awarded.

20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
21. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
22. Records related to the Promotion will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.
23. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to the rules.
24. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill Management in a manner deemed fair to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. If the patron is not satisfied with the results of Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill’s decision, they have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
