Monmouth Park patrons can make their free weekly picks at the new William Hill Race & Sports Bar
OCEANPORT, NEW JERSEY (May 6, 2014) – Monmouth Park and William Hill are offering two free summer sports contests that will give Monmouth Park patrons the opportunity to win great prizes including a progressive cash jackpot.
Led by the Summertime Madness Sports Contest, players will attempt to pick the winners of 15 propositions offered from a wide variety of sporting events slated for each upcoming weekend. A perfect 15 of 15 unlocks a progressive cash jackpot that starts at $1,000. Each week that a jackpot goes unclaimed, another $100 will be added. Participants must make their picks before fewer than 15 propositions remain to select from for that week.
The Line ‘em Up Baseball Contest offers a weekly prize of a Monmouth Park VIP Day at the Races package. Players will attempt to select the winners of any 10 baseball games scheduled for that Saturday and Sunday. Participants may make their selections before fewer than 10 games remain on each Sunday. The player with the best record for the week will enjoy a return trip to Monmouth Park that includes complimentary valet parking, a private box for four, and a $50 food gift card. In the event of a tie, the player with the earliest time stamp on their kiosk generated receipt shall be deemed the winner.
“We are excited to offer sports fans two new contests this summer at Monmouth Park,” said William Hill Director of Marketing Michael Grodsky. “Similar contests have been wildly popular with our customers in Nevada. The new William Hill Race & Sports Bar provides the perfect location for players to cheer on their contest picks.”
Starting this Friday, May 9, participants will be able to make their weekly selections for both contests at the Sports Kiosks inside the new William Hill Race & Sports Bar. The summer contests will run through Sunday, August 24th. All contests are free to enter; however, players must be 21 or over and possess a William Hill Rewards Card. Cards can be obtained at the William Hill Race & Sports Bar.
