Heroes first baseman Byung-ho Park mashed two homers, which highlighted a 3-for-4 day at the plate along with five RBIs. Park is now tied for fourth in KBO with 13 home runs.
KT Wiz (23-27) 4, LG Twins (28-22) 3
The Wiz outlasted the Twins in extras, as catcher Sung-woo Jang provided the go-ahead RBI single in the top of the 10th. Earlier in the game, Wiz outfielder Mel Rojas Jr. hit his KBO-leading 18th homer of the season.
NC Dinos (34-15) 9, Lotte Giants (23-25) 7
Dinos outfielder Aaron Altherr has been absolutely on fire, and he continued his torrid streak by going 3-for-5 with a homer and four RBIs. Altherr has four home runs in his past five games, and is now tied for second in KBO with 14 dingers.
Kia Tigers (26-21) 7, Hanwha Eagles (12-38) 1
Tigers starting pitcher Min-woo Lee won his fourth game of the season after allowing just one run in six innings while striking out five batters.
