Will Alabama be the SEC champion this upcoming season? Can someone surprise Clemson in the ACC? William Hill has just released 2020 conference championship futures in Nevada and New Jersey, so now you can bet on any of the 64 Power Five teams to win their respective conference.
Alabama is -120 chalk to win the 2020 SEC Championship game, followed by Georgia at 4/1 and Florida at 5/1. Last season’s SEC winner and national champion, LSU, has the fourth-lowest odds at 11/2.
Alabama is only the third-biggest favorite to win a Power Five conference championship in 2020, as the Crimson Tide trail Clemson at -650 to win the ACC and Ohio State at -220 to win the Big Ten.
Clemson has won five straight ACC championships, and the Tigers have lost just two conference games over that span. Miami (FL) and North Carolina are tied for the next-best odds to capture this year’s ACC at 8/1 apiece.
Ohio State, meanwhile, is favored to win its fourth straight Big Ten title. Penn State (11/2), Michigan (7/1) and Wisconsin (15/2) are a couple of the top contenders to spoil that bid.
Out west, Oregon (11/5) edges out USC (5/2) as the Pac-12 favorite, with Washington (7/2) and Utah (5/1) lurking. And finally, Oklahoma (+110) and Texas (3/2) are the clear Big 12 frontrunners, followed by Oklahoma State (5/1).
The biggest longshot to win a Power Five conference championship in 2020? That distinction belongs to Vanderbilt, as the Commodores are 1000/1 to take home an SEC crown.
