Baseball is back, as Opening Day for the Chinese Professional Baseball League is this weekend.
Pre-game and InPlay wagering for CPBL is available at William Hill in Nevada and New Jersey, starting with Saturday’s showdown between the Rakuten Monkeys and Chinatrust Brothers.
The Monkeys won last season’s Taiwan Series championship, their third in a row. Besides the Monkeys and Brothers, the other contenders vying for a title in this four-team league are the Fubon Guardians and Uni-President Lions.
The CPBL uses a designated hitter, meaning copious amounts of offense and excitement. Additionally, several former MLB players have signed with CPBL clubs, including Opening Day starters Esmil Rogers and Ryan Carpenter.
With each squad playing 120 total games split into two half-seasons, there will be plenty of CPBL action available at William Hill Nevada and New Jersey in the coming months. So watch the games at cpbltv.com, as it’s finally time to play ball!
